Our Co-founder and Academic Director Diana Jone was invited as a guest lecturer by Dr. Sapouna Youli at AUEB MBA international to talk about the role of cultural diversity in international business.

The first part of the lecture included a general overview about the cross- cultural risks that companies face when going international and how the components and elements of different cultures can increase or reduce those risks.

The second part of the lecture was specifically focused on the Asian business culture and etiquette and included some practical tips of how greek companies should approach Asian markets and what they should be aware of regarding negotiation styles, strategic alliances and competition.
